Andrew Chambers
Webmaster
Andrew is the webmaster for the Vernon Association of Skateboard Enthusiasts (VASE), managing the website and providing technical support to help keep things running smoothly online. In addition to his behind-the-scenes work, Andrew also volunteers his time helping set up and take down the indoor skatepark at the Vernon Curling Rink, supporting the local skate community both digitally and on the ground.
Jessica
Board Member
Jessica serves as the Treasurer for the Vernon Association of Skateboard Enthusiasts (VASE), helping manage the organization’s finances and ensuring everything stays on track. She also plays an active role in organizing events and assisting with the setup and teardown of the indoor skatepark at the Vernon Curling Rink, keeping VASE’s activities rolling smoothly year-round.
Clint Hardy
Board Member
Clint is a lifelong skateboarder who started skating back in 1985 and has been rolling ever since—over 40 years on a board. As the owner of Okanagan Skate Co., Clint has been a cornerstone of the local skate scene, supporting riders of all ages and helping to grow the community. He loves to skate everything, from street to transition, and when he’s not at the shop, you can usually find him riding his vert ramp. Clint’s passion and dedication to skateboarding continue to inspire the next generation of skaters in Vernon and beyond.
Seamus Townsend
Board Member
Seamus Townsend is the backbone of VASE’s build crew and the lead force behind constructing and maintaining the ramps. He handles much of the logistics involved in moving the features in and out of the indoor curling rink, making sure everything is safe, rideable, and ready for the community. A dedicated local business owner, Seamus brings the same hard work and problem-solving mindset to his skating. You can often spot him at Polson Park, flowing through lines and connecting with the local scene he helps support.
Sarah Coulson
Board Member
Sarah Coulson is a dedicated mom, skater, and adventurer who loves exploring new places with her family. Her passion for skateboarding and community shines through in the work she does with VASE. Sarah helps drive fundraising efforts through bottle collections and plays a key role in running skate lessons at the indoor curling rink. Her energy, organization, and love for skateboarding make her an essential part of the growing scene in Vernon.
Lina Augaitis Dye

Lina is a proud mom of two young shredders whose excitement for skating sparked her own love for surfskating. What began as trying to keep up with her kids quickly turned into a personal passion, and she now carves with confidence and joy wherever she goes. A dedicated Physical Education teacher, Lina loves inspiring youth to move, explore, and discover new activities. She’s also a World Champion Stand-Up Paddleboard athlete, known for her determination and positive energy. Whether she’s on the water, on wheels, or encouraging others from the sidelines, Lina brings a contagious enthusiasm to the VASE community and reminds everyone that it’s never too late to try something new.
